#ShesTheDon | The Hottest Fashion Collab Right Now

Hey angels!

If y'all follow me on Instagram then you probably already saw, but I went to a pretty epic event with Boohoo on Thursday night. It consisted of one too many G & T's,  (who knew that was even possible..) Tiff and I cutting some shapes on the dancefloor, and an amazing performance from the woman herself, Stefflon Don. Boohoo seriously know how to throw a launch party, and the venue was full to the brim with celebs, press and a few bloggers, so I was totally honoured to receive an invite!

This is me en-route to London, in my fave Violet Black 'Brooklyn' earrings and a camo shirt dress. (Those edgy vibes)

Boohoo have been teasing their collab with Stefflon Don for a couple weeks now and I've been getting all kinds of excited.

Why? Because well, #ShesTheDon! Her makeup, hair and general style is KILLER and I really want to replicate that off duty (but still cute AF) athleisure look she's been rocking lately. But the second and more important reason is because I'm so happy to see a fiercely real girl with curves for days fronting such a major fashion campaign for a change. The whole collection is available in sizes 6-24 which is amazing too! I know Boohoo's last campaign with Zendaya had really inclusive sizing too, so I have to say I'm feeling like a proud mama right now.

Boohoo you're doing amazing sweetie.

Anyway, (God don't I love to waffle), I've been ogling the collection and there are soooo many pieces that I absolutely need in my life right now, so I thought it would be fun to share my top picks with you!

I saw a couple of Stefflon Don's entourage rocking this print at the launch event and I instantly fell in love. One was wearing these trousers, one in a dress and another in a crop top - Serious girl band vibes. These are the Scarf Print Satin Crop Cargo Trouser and they're just SO extra, I'm obsessed. I'd personally wear them with a pair of lace up stiletto booties and a crop top, but they could easily be dressed down with a bomber jacket and some crisp, white trainers. Come to mama.

I love love love the vertical stripes on this Bandeau Contour Bodycon Dress and can see it being really flattering. The white and black panelling give it that classic monochrome look, but then the cobalt blue piping and zip detail edges it up. I have a million dresses in my wardrobe, but I'm so drawn to this, it's so unique and nothing like anything I already own! Obsessed

This Striped Rib Tie Top has made me question why I don't have more green clothing in my wardrobe. It's such a gorgeous colour, and the tie front is a really cute detail. I feel like it could be dressed up or down too, and at £14 it's definitely not breaking the bank. Liv from Love Island actually wore it to the event and I remember loving it before even realising it was Boohoo. (My plan was actually to stalk her Instagram the next day in the hope she would tag it in an outfit pic, so imagine my surprise and glee when I saw it on the Boohoo homepage as part of Stefflon Don's collaboration! YAYAYAY.

Another piece with the same gorgeous palm print, is this amazing kimono-style dress. It's called the Scarf Print Wrap Satin Dress and I feel like it's serving class and sass all at the same time. I absolutely love the black sash that holds it together too!
Adding to shopping basket as we speak...

I feel like this set screams 90's Sporty Spice to me, for ALL the right reasons. The black panelling down the sizes gives it that sporty edge (and you all know how much of a sucker I am for stripes on clothes too). The Stripe Lace Up Sweat Top is so versatile, it could easily be worn out for drinks with a black leather skirt; or thrown on top of a pair of high waisted jeans for a casual but cute look. The lace up detail on the matching Side Stripe Trousers makes these equally adorable, and an even more necessary purchase!

There are even more pieces coming soon to the Stefflon Don X Boohoo campaign and I'l be keeping my eyes peeled for when they launch! What piece from the collection are you lusting after? Let me know in the comments!

  3. It is fantastic to hear that Boohoo are being so size inclusive with their newest ranges, every girl, no matter her size and shape, should be able to find clothes that flatter her figure and make her feel amazing, so it's great that Boohoo are embracing this! I am absolutely loving all of the bold prints and styles in this new range, the contour bodycon dress looks amazing and something that I'd really love to wear to an event! The kimono style palm print dress has also piqued my interest, I might have to invest in that for my holiday next month!
