Poolside Chic | OOTD*

 Hey angels,

I love an Outfit of the Day post as much as the next girl, but I rarely do them. Why? I've been asking myself the same question and I've yet to find an answer! I'm consciously going to make an effort now to create more fashion content for both my Instagram and my blog, so hopefully you'll see some more of that very soon! Today's post is a fashion-themed one (yay me) and contains a couple of gorgeous pieces from UKSwimwear that I wore during my recent trip to the Algarve in Portugal!

Is there something interesting on the floor hun?

Swimsuit - Anita Rosa Faia
 Shorts - Watercult
Sandals - Next
Sunglasses - Quay Australia

I felt SO glamorous in the Anita Rosa Faia Gypsy Island Cloe Swimsuit. (Try saying that after a few glasses of Rosé) The pattern on it is so unique, but I was drawn to it as it reminded me of a swimsuit my mum wore in the 80's, and I absolutely love that vintage vibe! The fit on it was so lovely too, it was really supportive on my bust and had adjustable straps, which is always handy.

As soon as I saw the detailing on these beautiful Watercult shorts, I knew I needed them in my life. They're made out of the softest cotton too, making them comfy as well as cute! I feel like they're a really versatile piece; the lace trim is so pretty and intricate, it makes them a great thing to throw on for a day at the beach, but also appropriate for cocktails after...

I wish I had another holiday booked so I had an excuse to wear this oufit again, I feel like it would be perfect for a Marbella/Ibiza beach club type event, don't you agree? Also I'm loving how perfectly my Quay sunnies match the pool!

If you haven't checked out UK Swimwear before, I advise you give their website a cheeky little look. They have so many gorgeous bikinis, swimsuits and beachwear to choose from, you're bound to find something you like! (I know I spent hours drooling over a million different options before settling on these bits, so I'm sure you'll be the same!) It's great that they stock so many brands too, I've since found a couple of designers I'd not heard of before, and now I'm obsessed! (I know, I know, like we need to feed the shopping addiction any more...)

Thanks for reading your Dose of Fashion
